Anyway, I never TAed that much and I hated HB, but w/e, we'll see what happens. Sucks for the people that actually liked the game modes.
Hopefully this will give them time to fix GvG though its so shit atm I don't even want to play it I just sit in FA and Q knock noob monks

Look, its a done deal. No point in arguing Lindsey's stated reasons for removing ta, its just a straw man for the real reason. It somehow lessens their work load by cannibalizing ta and hb to implement sealed deck. That is all. gg
Hopefully SD will be amazingly fun but if the last 4 years have been any indicator its implementation will be fraught with oversights,ignorance,exploits and then a failure to correct the problems. Just like ta/hb/ra/ab/ha/jq/gvg. Hopefully im wrong.

if by "best" you mean "those who grind boring and/or cheap builds til their fingers bleed" then yes. good riddance. was never impressed by them.

i think out of all the 4v4 formats, TA is easily the most enjoyable (even if you just farm the RA overspill), going against good teams is fun and makes you feel achievement when you beat them, going against bad teams trying to be good is funny (this is where vent is funny for a bit of a joke on their expense), and all the gimmicks (although sometimes annoying) usually have comical value attached (4rtls trying to spike a monk who used dolyak and has +7 (elemental weapon), r8 tacts shield (meeting req) with +10vs lightning... really could only be better if they put burning/blind/poison.etc on them beforehand... oh funfun)
The only thing i dont enjoy fighting are.... shovespike and.... those guys who bring 4 shadow meld dervs and just grief... shovespike should have been nerfed, that alone would have fixed a good proportion of TAs problems. (most of the others are shared with problems in GvG... so why the *insert bad words* arent they getting fixed??????????)

yes, it's annoying when my RA teams, especially those with a high "cool" or "innovation" factor...
(example: me on sin, a thumper and a jesus beam monk; we rolled a few guild teams with that. funny shit!) etc.
...lose to teams abusing gay/OP synergies.

Since no one registered for the AT half my guild got up to play, we decided to get some TA in. We spent more time waiting for matches than actually playing, the majority of teams were RAers that we wrecked, then a couple of TA teams we beat. There was one RA team that beat us like 3 times before we buildwarsed them by changing one skill though. It got pretty boring, pretty fast.

and just today, me on wastrel/tiger and a teleporting shockwave ele jumped in and blew shit up repeatedly.
now that's awesome. unlike hexgay or "balanced"(lol). the more stylish team deserves to win, every time.
SD will make people actually build bars again, should be fun.

according to that mentality anet ought to remove not only TA, but gvg and HA too.
I honestly, seriously, sincerely advise u to stop posting (and further degrade the already shitty forums) and just continue grinding RA with all ur might as you have been doing for the last few years. U wont touch SD in any case, so _stop_dissing_TA_ if you have never ever set foot into it (outside your ra teams) to start with.
on a side note, i concur, a thumper and ion cannon monk are up there as far as innovation is concerned.
